A physical adaptation is an adaptation that are the physical features of the organism. The giant pandas have a 6th toe this is a physical adaptation because it helps the panda grab the bamboo and pull the shoots and leaves off the bamboo stems so they can eat the leaves and survive. The giant panda also have a larger skull so they can have larger jaws to have stronger jaws so they can eat bamboo to survive.

A behavioral adaptation is an adaptation that are the things that the organism does. The giant panda moves slower this is a behavioral adaption because the bamboo it eats does not give the panda a lot of energy so the move slower to conserve energy, but they can run if they need to. The giant panda also migrates down the mountains to stay warm and find more food when it gets colder.

Both
The panda has strong leg muscles this is both because the panda eats lots of bamboo which makes it weigh around 250 lbs and they most walk long distances to get that bamboo and then climb trees to stay away from predators to help them survive. The giant panda has a reinforced digestive system that helps them digest bamboo and this is both because the panda's digestive muscles are stronger so it can digest the bamboo that the panda eats.
